What must I do to be saved? Here is the ABC plan of salvation:
Accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord.
Believe that He paid the price for your sins; you can't. He is your door to God's salvation. It is a free gift that you cannot earn and can never deserve. He makes you worthy.
Confess your belief in Him publicly. Thank God for saving your soul. Only God can.

You Can Be Made New, Too!
Pray this simple prayer. Mean every word from your heart, in faith believing that God is able to do that which he has said he will do, save your soul.
THE SINNER'S PRAYER:
Dear Heavenly Father,
I am a sinner. I need a Savior. I know and believe that Jesus Christ, your Son, is my Savior. I ask Jesus to come into my life and be my Lord. I believe that Jesus came to the cross, suffered and died to pay the price for my salvation. I trust in Your Word, Father, that You will save me like You said You would if I believe and receive Jesus as My Savior. Jesus rose from the grave and is seated at Your right hand interceding for me right now. I approach You through Jesus' righteousness, and I claim His righteousness as my own. Thank You for saving my soul. Help me to be what You want me to be.
In Jesus Name I pray,

WHAT DO I DO NOW?
TELL SOMEBODY WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE FOR YOU! DO IT NOW! CALL THEM UP, GO RUNNING DOWN THE STREET, LET EVERYBODY KNOW THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SAVED. NOT ONLY HAVE YOU BEEN SAVED, BUT THEY CAN BE, TOO.
Go find a local church that teaches God's Word to His children. Ask to join that church by baptism. Tell them that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, and you want to follow the Savior's example and be baptised into the "newness of life."
If you live in our area, we would love to have you come join our fellowship. If not, go find a church that you enjoy going to. Let the Holy Spirit guide you. He (The Holy Spirit) now lives inside you.
He is there to teach you all the things you need to know about your new life. You also need the fellowship of other Christians and the support that they can give you in your new walk with Christ.
You will never regret the decision you have made to let Jesus be Lord of your life. Remember, to talk to Him everyday in prayer. Pray to God The Father, Through Jesus Christ The Son, By The Holy Spirit's guidance. If you get this part right, you can't go wrong. Find someplace to be alone with God every day and pray. Also, study God's Word, the bible, every day. The Holy Spirit will teach you as you study. Also, you can ask your Christian friends about any questions you might have.

The Lord will provide you with an answer to your questions. I am nobody without Christ, but with Christ, I am somebody and so are you. Don't let anyone discourage you from walking in the light. If it looks dark where they are wanting you to go, just tell them that you don't go there anymore. God will bless you for being faithful to Him.

MATTHEW 28:
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Our job is to go and tell. We plant the seed. The Holy Spirit will convict the lost of sin and lead them to Jesus. Jesus will intercede for them; just like He did for you. They will be saved when they call upon His Name (Jesus). The only name by which a man may be saved.
Don't get discouraged when it seems like noone is listening to what you are telling them. Someone else may reap the harvest of the seed you sow today. Just keep on sowing. |
